To the New York Herald Tribune:
Brave little Holland may be
compared to the house on which
the rain descended, in which the
flood came, against which the
wind beat, but it fell not. Physical
Holland may be grounded upon
sand; moral Holland is founded
upon the rock of faith that prom
ises security from no physical dan
ger, but assures moral victory over
all dangers to thos- whose faith
