BOM ENGINEERING bv in Roosendaal is met een 60-tal medewerkers actief
binnen de wereld van de machinebouw en productie- automatisering.
De engineeringswerkzaamheden worden op modferne CAD-systemen
uitgevoerd in: o.a. Inventor, Solid Works etc.
Door een toenemend aantal opdrachtgevers en een groeiend aantal turn-key
projecten zijn wij op zoek naar HBO werktuigbouwkundigen mechanica voor
de bovengenoemde functies.

Helicopter view, international, proactive
You interact closely with the SU Director and are an active member of the SU MT. You have a
central position between our head office in Helsinki, the central sales office in Munich and the
local SU. You are able to work with different stakeholders and are capable of cross-organizational
cooperation. Within this central roleyou are responsible for unit level accurate and timely
reporting and value creating business support. Besides overall coordination of the budgeting/
control process you manage day to day operations of the local finance department. You interact
closely with the Fiskars Services/Finance department. You manage a team of 4 people and guide
the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP).
Who are we looking for?
HBO-/WO-level w'rth strong analytical skills
and business understanding (incl retail)
Organizational talent, pro active problem solver,
agile to changes, an open communicator
Minimum of 5 years experience in business
control within an international environment
Understanding of business processes and
experience with ERP systems (SAP)
Communicative strong in Dutch and English
