als Frans Molenaar en Fong Leng

een kunstenaar. Ook echtgenote
Tonny ontbreekt niet in de docu
mentaire. Zij moedigde Jansen in
het begin van zijn loopbaan aan
naar Italië te gaan en het vak te le
ren. En zij is zijn zakelijk partner.
Van alle prototypen kiest zij de
mooiste uit, die daarna in produc
tie worden genomen.
Kooring schetst volgens eigen zeg
gen een eerlijk portret van Jansen.
Al komen er in de documentaire
geen critici aan het woord. „Ieder
een die ik interviewde, was lyrisch
over hem. Ik heb gezocht, maar er
waren geen tegenstanders te vin
den. Dit is de man zoals hij is."
