staan. Er zit een begin en einde
aan." Soms is dat lastig te accepte
ren. Twee keer schreef Van Splun
ter voor dat een cliënt langer toe
zicht nodig had. Dat werd beide
keren niet door de rechter overge
nomen. „Dat is vervelend. Ik maak
me er zorgen om als er een poten
tieel gevaar in onze samenleving
rondloopt."
