Wegener Dagbladen is continue bezig haar "salesforce" te professionaliseren. Kernwoorden hierbij zijn
ontwikkelen, binden en boeien van talentvolle medewerkers, waarbij gebruik gemaakt wordt van een uniek oplei-
dings- en ontwikkelingsprogramma. Hiertoe is de Wegener Dagbladen Sales Academy opgezet die verantwoordelijk
is voor het ontwikkelen en up to date houden van kennis, kunde, vaardigheden en attitude van de totale verkoop
organisatie (ca. 350 medewerkers).
Jij ambieert een carrière in de sales?
Ben je een jonge hond die opgeleid wil worden tot jr. accountmanager, heb je nog niet veel commerciële ervaring, maar wel affini
teit met sales en (multi)media? Dan is ons sales traineeprogramma misschien wat voor jou! Samen met collega trainees doorloop
je een zeer professioneel opleidingstraject dat circa zeven weken duurt met trainingen op het gebied van verkoopvaardigheden,
product- en mediakennis. Na de introductietraining die 1 maand in beslag neemt, ga je onder leiding van de Salesmanager trainees
met het team je verkoopvaardigheden in de praktijk brengen. Gedurende een periode van vier tot zes maanden, ben je samen
met dit team verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van advertenties zowel in onze dagbladen als op onze internetsites, aan nieuwe
klanten binnen het verspreidingsgebied van een van de Wegener Dagbladen. Je salesmanager coacht je in de praktijk en daarnaast
vinden er regelmatig trainingsdagen plaats. Na je opleidingstraject word je, afhankelijk van jouw interesse, kwaliteiten en interne
plaatsingsmogelijkheden, als junior accountmanager geplaatst bij een van onze uitgeverijen of bij onze centrale verkooporganisa
tie. Afhankelijk van je persoonlijke ontwikkeling wordt, middels een individueel traject, de doorgroei naar het volgende saleslevel
gerealiseerd.

Jouw profiel
Je hebt minimaal een commerciële MBO-opleiding met succes afgerond. Voor een doorgroei tot de hoogste saleslevels vragen wij
een afgeronde HBO-opleiding.
Je hebt al enige of meerdere jaren werkervaring in een verkoopfunctie en/of aantoonbare affiniteit met sales en (multi)media.
Je bent een sterke persoonlijkheid die in staat is kansen te creëren en te benutten.
Natuurlijk enthousiasme, gedrevenheid, initiatiefrijk en doorzettingsvermogen kenmerken jou.
Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs.

Production engineer
Moerdijk
The production engineer assists the opera
tions manager with day to day performance
management of the department. In this posi
tion you are responsible for effective and effi
cient production performance set by the key
performance indicators and business plans in
terms of technical support, process optimi
sation and day to day problem solving. In this
role you monitor the daily plant reliability,
quality and investigate bad-actors. You
monitor and improve variable cost efficiency
and fixed operational costs. Another part of
the job is ensuring that operational practices
follow all company policies, guidelines and
procedures and making sure that they
conform to all relevant HSEQ and legal requi
rements. The production engineer is respon
sible for getting continuous improvement
through introduction of new practices and
participates in special projects. To be
successful in this job you need a Masters
degree in chemical engineering and a mini
mum of 5 years of experience in manufactu
ring and/or process engineering. Good skills
in collaborative problem-solving are a must.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
and Six Sigma methodology is an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively in English
is essential as well as good analytical,
communication, interpersonal and leadership

Maintenance E&l
coordinator
Moerdijk
In the role of maintenance E&l coordinator you
are responsible for continuous improvements
through introduction of best work practices
according to Basell procedures, guidelines
and legal requirements in all plant related
areas. Your focus will be on the execution
phase of the maintenance activities. You will
be responsible for coordinating and mana
ging technical activities executed by contrac
tors according to Basell HSEQ standards.
This includes project related activities such
as modifications to the existing plants. The last
quality check before handing over the work
to Operations will complete your responsi
bility in the work process.
You will work closely with the Work prepa
ration and planning team to improve the effec
tiveness of the planning process in a cost
efficient manner. The ideal candidate has a
MTS degree in Electrical and Instrumentation
and a minimum of 5 years experience in plant
shut downs, commissioning activities and
staff supervision at foreman level preferably
in the petrochemical industry. Knowledge of
SAP P/M is an advantage. Ability to commu
nicate effectively in English is essential as
well as good communication and leadership

Senior process
engineer
Moerdijk
In the role of senior process engineer you
are responsible for continuous process impro
vements in all plant related areas. Your focus
will be on stabilising and improving produc
tion capabilities, quality and costs and the
introduction of new products. You support
the investigation of customer complaints rela
ting to operational activities at the site and
advise and support the necessary corrective
actions. Also part of this job are the deve
lopment of plant changes and minor capital
projects that support the site's objectives in
accordance with the company safety design
criteria and relevant legislation. The ideal
candidate has a Masters degree in enginee
ring or science and a minimum of 5 years
manufacturing experience. Knowledge of
Quality Management Systems and Six Sigma
methodology is an advantage as well as the
ability to communicate effectively in English.
To be successful you'll have well- developed
analytical, interpersonal, communications and
