Na het bekijken van de eerste afle
veringen dringt zich wel de vraag
op of Willemspark niet meer van
hetzelfde is van series als Gooische
Vrouwen (Tien) en Evelien (Net
5), die zich in vergelijkbare milieus
afspelen. Machteld van Gelder was
er inderdaad niet gelukkig mee dat
die twee er 'plotseling' tussendoor
kwamen, terwijl zij al vier jaar ge
leden aan deze productie begon
nen was. Belangrijkste verschil is
dat in Willemspark kinderen de
hoofdrol spelen. En, zonder de an
dere series tekort te doen, dat er
vier jaar met een relatief fors bud
get aan gewerkt is, is er wel aan af
te zien.
