Dutch Island FloodedAgain AMSTERDAM, April 13 (JPj.— North Sea waters, whipped by storms, again have swept over the Island of Schouwen-Duive- land, one of the hardest hit areas in the costly February ifloods. Inhabitants fled to attics yes terday as one of the main dikes collapsed under pressure of ris ing spring tides and nearly 3,000 acres of newly reclaimed land were reflooded. There was no loss of life. In the Feb. 1 disaster 519 out of Holland's death toll of 1,783 perished on Sc'nouwen- Duiveland. The spring tides do no1 reach their peak until tomorrow. Offi cials decided to sink a ship load ed with sand and rock in an effort to close a breach of forty- five yards in the main dike be tween Bruinisee and Oosterland.
