hij tegen een nieuwe bureaucrati
sche muur opliep. In de Tweede
Kamer geldt de afspraak dat als er
een voorstel wordt ingediend om
extra geld vrij te maken de par
tijen zelf laten zien waar dit geld
vandaan moet komen. Er bleek
een Kamerbrede meerderheid om
extra geld in het pgb te stoppen,
maar de partijen konden het niet
eens worden waar het geld van
daan moest komen. En dus werd
er (nog) niets mee gedaan. „Dat is
niet te begrijpen voor de burger,"
verzucht Hilhorst. „Dit is dus de
kloof tussen de overheid en de
leefwereld van de mensen die ik
bedoel."
