Our Document Deliverables department process the technical reports written by our
engineers and the training materials written by our technical training specialists.
They also create templates, presentations and all manner of documents for the organisation
ensuring that each product that leaves the department is of excellent quality and a pleasure
to the eye.
Tasks
Manage the day-to-day staff planning and the document deliverables priorities/workload
Monitor the order progress and communicate updates to relevant parties involved
(managers, personnel and clients)
Master all aspects/working methods of the department
Monitor the quality control of the reports, training manuals and all other documentation
produced by the department, initiating improvements where necessary
Manage and coach staff (4 persons)
Job Requirements
Precision and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of the English language
MBO-diploma
Outstanding MS office skills, in particular MS Word
Facilitating and supportive attitude
Experience in a staff coordinator role
Experience with reports, manuals and production of large documents

For the period September to December 2010. In our Planning and Communication centre,
you will be required to organize (international) travel, accommodation and visa applications
for our engineers working on (inter)national projects. Further, the role is to communicate
with other departments and other ModuSpec offices to facilitate/communicate project
demands.
Tasks
Organise visas, travel and accommodation arrangements on call to assist the travellers
Communicate with engineers with regards to arrangements made and
documentation required
Keep surveyor personnel certification, immunizations and passports up-to-date
and data available in information systems
Monitor order progress and communicate updates to relevant parties involved
(managers, personnel and clients)
Reception work and telephone tasks
On-call duty in the weekends (in rotations)
Job Requirements
Proven ability to work accurately in a hectic environment
Proven ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of English
Computer skills - Microsoft Office
Flexibility/Adaptability
Strong sense of responsibility
