van controle proberen te krijgen
over hun emoties en gedachten.
De Groot wil duidelijk maken dat
dit programma geen wondermid
del is dat alle problemen in één
klap oplost. Het is een begin, de
deelnemers worden ook achteraf
doorverwezen naar psychologen
voor verdere hulp. Maar de behaal
de resultaten na de sessies hebben
De Groot wel verbaasd. Bijna alle
deelnemers zijn volgens haar tot
een nieuw inzicht gekomen.
