men en daar uiteindelijk ook naar
toe is gegaan. De vraag is natuur
lijk: hoe houd je het vol? Dan
komt er van iedereen een ander
verhaal. De algemene deler is: 'het
moet je gegeven zijn, anders houd
je het niet vol."
In de serie komen vier mannen en
vier vrouwen aan het woord. Voor
Van Weelie is het opvallend dat al
le mannen een vrouw hebben die
hen naar de Derde Wereld is ge
volgd, terwijl de vrouwen alle vier
alleen zijn. „Als je hen daarnaar
vraagt, zeggen ze: ik heb niemand
gevonden die me wilde volgen."
