Voor wie denkt dat we in ons land
voorgoed van dit soort problemen
verlost zijn, er bestaat in Neder
land nog steeds een dienstplicht.
Het is de opkomstplicht die sinds
1 mei 1997 officieel is opgeschort.
Maar de dienstplicht kan onmid
dellijk weer worden ingevoerd als
de veiligheidssituatie daar aanlei
ding toe geeft.
