Producent Dag Neijzen vond dat
eind 2005 nog een vondst. „Ik
denk dat de GTST-kijker het leuk
vindt om oude karakters terug te
zien. Het is herkenning voor de
oudere kijker. Voor de nieuwe of
jongere kijkers wordt het ook met
een interessanter. Zij herkennen
het personage niet, maar voelen
dat er een geschiedenis is." Dat de
terugkeer soms niet erg geloof
waardig is, vindt Neijzen niet zo
erg. „Soap is geen realiteit. We zijn
op zoek naar het spannendste ver
haal."
